UNC Greensboro is pleased to announce that Dr. Debra J. Barksdale will be the next Dean of the School of Nursing and Professor in Family and Community Nursing. She begins July 19.

The UNC Greensboro School of Nursing on Thursday will host an online tribute celebrating the life and legacy of its late dean, Dr. Robin Remsburg, who passed away on December 3, 2020, from a long illness.
SCHOOL OF NURSING TO LAUNCH ONLINE-ONLY RN-TO-BSN COHORT
Starting this fall, the new cohort option will allow registered nurses to complete all classes online and earn their BSN degree in as little as one year.
CLINIC OPENS, UNCG COMMUNITY COMES TOGETHER FOR VACCINES
The UNCG coronavirus vaccine clinic offered 672 appointments on Thursday, and it didn’t take long for every time slot to get booked. The University expects to give out around 1,750 doses in the first week of the clinic.
