Given the complexity of health care delivery challenged by patient’s encounters with the factors of social determinants of health, advanced practice nurses are charged with the responsibility to ensure each patient is receiving evidence-based quality care and preventative care to optimize health outcomes and promote quality of life. These educational videos provide patient case scenarios of health conditions frequently observed in primary care clinical settings.The video simulations listed below are YouTube videos with closed captioning for increased user accessibility. Each video will play directly from the present screen or may be opened in a separate window for viewer use.
