Healthy Connections for School Readiness – Guilford County Schools

Healthy Connections for School Readiness is a community partnership between Guilford County Schools, UNCG’s Minerva Mobile Clinic, Guilford County Department of Public Health, and Greensboro and High Point Housing Authorities. Together, we’re bringing essential health and school readiness services directly to families—all in one convenient location.
At each event, Pre-K through 12th-grade students can complete:
- Registration
- NC Health Assessments
- Sports Physicals
- School Immunizations
