AGACNP – Adult-gerontological acute care nurse practitioner

AGNP – Adult-gerontological nurse practitioner

AGPCNP – Adult-gerontological primary care nurse practitioner

BSN – Bachelor of science in nursing

CRNA – Certified registered nurse anesthetist 

DNP – Doctor of nursing practice

FNP – Family nurse practitioner

MSN – Master of science in nursing

NP – Nurse practitioner

PhD – Doctor of Philosophy

RN – Registered nurse

RN-to-BSN – Registered nurse to bachelor of science in nursing

VAP – Veterans Access Program
