Dr. Yeh’s area of expertise includes utilizing simulation to educate learners in various health professions. She has applied the concept of Mastery Learning with Deliberate Practice to help pre-licensure nursing students acquire interprofessional critical incident reporting skills using online simulation. She has also previously been involved with the simulation-based education and assessment (both knowledge and technical skills) among surgical residents. Dr. Yeh is experienced in assessment development, implementation, and validation.
